How long does the family petition process usually take?
Timeline varies significantly based on the relationship and country of origin. Generally, immediate relative petitions (spouse, children, parents) move faster than other categories, but overall processing often takes 12 to 24 months.
What documents do I need to begin my naturalization application?
At minimum, you'll need your Green Card, physical presence records (travel dates), and tax returns. We provide a full checklist and help you prepare all necessary evidence to ensure a smooth application process.
Can I apply for asylum if I have been in the U.S. for over a year?
Usually, you must apply within one year of entry. However, there are exceptions for changed circumstances or extraordinary circumstances. We can evaluate your case to see if you qualify for an exception to the one-year filing deadline.

What should I do if I receive an immigration Notice to Appear?
