I came to the United States as a child and experienced the immigration process first hand with my family. Watching my parents build a new life while navigating an unfamiliar legal system shaped the attorney I am today—one who provides clear answers, thoughtful guidance, and steadfast advocacy.

With more than a decade of legal experience, I began my career as a prosecutor, helping individuals and families navigate difficult legal situations while gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience. I later transitioned to civil litigation, representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes with assertiveness and efficiency.

Thereafter, I founded The Law Offices of Grettel Zubiaur to provide the legal services and counseling I wish my family had as we navigated our immigration journey.

Outside of my practice, I find balance in nature and traditions that encourage reflection, gratitude, and personal growth. Those experiences shape my approach to the practice of law and my commitment to treating every client with intention, empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to understand their unique story.
